This is the Newberry Double Wall Flameshield Tank - 12000 Gallon. With a 90-year proven track record and the fastest delivery in the U.S., Newberry's STI FlameShield Tanks are certified to the Steel Tank Institute (STI/SPFA) specifications, meeting Underwriters' Laboratories UL-142 specification for Aboveground Storage of Flammable and Combustible Liquids. Flameshield tanks are also tested per Southwest Research Institute SwRI 97-04 requirements.

Manufactured with a tight-wrap double-wall design, standard features include 2-hour fire-tested performance and built-in secondary containment. Newberry's time tested bracket construction ensures long service life.

Optional Accessories

Emergency Vent: Required for UL142 certified tanks. Provides high capacity pressure relief if the tank is exposed to fire.
Flip Top Fill Cap: Tanks do not come automatically with a fill cap. The flip top fill cap is male threaded and installs directly into a female threaded bung on the top of the tank. The cap provides a direct filling access point when the hinged fill cap is in the open position. When closed, the screened opening protects the tank from debris and insects. The cap is also lockable with a padlock
Vacuum Vent (For Gasoline) or a Updraft Vent (For Diesel): Directs vapors outward and upward in accordance with NFPA 30. Protects the vent line from debris and insects. Water resistant rain cap sheds water away from the vent lines. Slip on design with set screws for easy installation. Internal drain channels water penetration out through the weep hole.
Fuel Pumps: We also offer a variety of pumps that can be mounted on the top of the tank and screwed into a 2 inch bung. Please feel free to contact us if you want a quote with a fuel pump.
Paint: Newberry tanks come stand in a "gray primer". We recommend adding paint to extend the lifetime of the tank and help with protecting it from the outdoor elements.

LIMITATION OF WARRANTY. NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY AS TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE, IS MADE UNLESS THE SAME IS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN. NEWBERRY TANKS ARE GUARANTEED TO BE FREE FROM DEFECTIVE WORKMANSHIP AND MATERAL FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR. HOWEVER, NEWBERRY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR CONTINGENT EXPENSES RESULTING FROM SUCH DEFECTS. NEWBERRY'S ONLY OBLIGATION IS FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT WHICH IS FURTHER LIMITED AS EXPRESSED HEREIN AS TO COST. NEWBERRY TANKS ARE NOT GUARANTEED AGAINST CORROSION. IN NO EVENT SHALL NEWBERRY'S LIABILITY FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE TANK(S).

TANK(S) IN THIS AGREEMENT ARE DESIGNED FOR ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE. PROPER VENTING REQUIRED. NOT DESIGNED FOR OVER THE ROAD USE. BUYER ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY FOR ALTERNATIONS, ADDITIONS OR MODIFICATION IT REQUIRES NEWBERRY TO MAKE TO INDUSTRY STANDARD DESIGNS AND PRODUCTS.
