Smooth order process although the 1 week lead time between order accept and order ship seemed a little long to me for a product in which the company website indicated was readily available. That said when I contacted customer support about this concern they immediately moved up the ship date and I actually received my order within 10 days of my order date. Very positive experience with this company and I would definitely order from them again.
