Snyder Tank Warranty Details:

Snyder Industries, Inc. warrants its water tanks are free from all factory defects in material and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of manufacture (unless otherwise noted). The date of manufacture shall be determined by the serial number on the tank. Sole obligation under this warranty is as follows: Snyder Industries shall fulfill this warranty by repairing or exchanging any component part, F.O.B. Factory, that in Snyder Industries judgment shows evidence of defects, provided said component part has been paid for and is returned through an authorized dealer, transportation prepaid. The warrantee must also specify the nature of the defect to the manufacturer. The manufacturer's obligation under this Warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of any parts or assembly found by the manufacturer to be defective. In addition, this warranty does not apply to damage due to Acts of God or conditions beyond the control of Snyder Industries; defects or malfunctions resulting from units not installed, operated, or maintained in accordance with instructions provided, applicable local codes, ordinances, or accepted trade practices; failures resulting from accident or negligence; or units repaired and/or modified without prior authorization from Snyder Industries. Snyder Industries, Inc. shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expenses resulting from installation or use of its products, or for consequential damages, including costs of removal, reinstallation or transportation. There is no other expressed warranty. All implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to three years from the date of manufacture. This Warranty contains the exclusive remedy of the purchaser, and, where permitted, liability for consequential or incidental damages under any and all warranties is excluded.
