Custom Rectangular Open Top Polyethylene Tank Request Form

** Please be advised, custom plastic tanks have a minimum (1 time charge) setup fee that could be as low as $1000 (or significantly higher) for creation of the metal mold, fabrication and engineering work involved. This fee can change based on the complexity of the project. If you are looking for a small quantity of custom tanks, this 1 time setup fee may not make building a custom tank financially reasonable. Please keep that in mind before requesting a quote. Thank you!

  • This form is for custom polyethylene tanks only for water or chemicals. These tanks are NOT meant to be used for fuel!
  • If your request can be completed by a manufacturer that we represent, we will contact you with both a quote and an engineering drawing for your approval.
  • If you would like to provide us with your own drawing - feel free to reply to the confirmation email that you will receive from us and attach the drawing you would like us to have.
  • Custom polyethylene tanks with small quantities can be expensive! Larger quantities are much more cost effective to build and ship.
  • Our manufacturers rotationally mold our custom polyethylene tanks. One or more metal "forms/molds" are fabricated, filled with polyethylene pellets, and then heated and spun to melt the polyethylene and form the shape of your tank.
  • Tank wall thickness will vary slightly throughout the tank - but on average is around 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick
